By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that all activity may be logged for security and operational purposes. Use of this site is at your own risk, and this site is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. You release the site owners and operators from all liability related to your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

What we collect

• Account info: username, email, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), profile description, tags, and rank.
• If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account.
• Content you create: forum posts, comments, chat messages, certifications you upload, and portfolio/service inquiries.
• Basic access logs: IP address, browser user-agent, referring page, and the pages you request — used to keep the site secure and see how it's being used.
• Anime section: your watchlist, watch progress, and search history (used locally to power recommendations), plus a taste profile built from that.
• Payment records: if you buy credits or services, Stripe processes the payment and we keep a record of the transaction (amount, date, what it was for) — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To operate the site: authenticate you, show your content, run chat/calls, and process payments.
• To keep the site secure: detect abuse, scanning, and rate-limit violations via access logs.
• To personalize the anime section (recommendations, recent searches, watch progress).
• To respond to IT service or shop inquiries you submit.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and, if enabled, AdSense ads on some pages. Google may set its own cookies for ad personalization; see Google's own privacy policy for details.
• MyAnimeList/Jikan and AniList — public anime metadata lookups. We don't send them your personal data, only the title/id being looked up.

No personal data is sold. We don't share it with third parties beyond what's listed above, except as required by law or to protect the site and its users.

Your data

You can update your profile info and account settings yourself at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your account data, contact the site administrator — some records (e.g. payment history) may need to be retained for legal/accounting reasons even after an account is deleted.

Children

This site isn't directed at children and isn't knowingly used to collect data from anyone under the age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction.
