General

This site is provided "AS IS" and you use it at your own risk.
You release the site owners and operators from all liability related to your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No warranties or guarantees are provided regarding uptime, data retention, or service availability.
All activity may be logged for security and operational purposes.
Abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to disrupt the service may result in account termination or a ban, at our discretion.
You must be old enough to legally consent to these terms in your jurisdiction to create an account.

You're responsible for content you post — posts, comments, messages, profile info, and uploaded images/certifications.
Don't post illegal content, harass other members, or impersonate staff.
Moderators and staff may edit, remove, or hide content, and may time out, ban, or otherwise restrict accounts that violate these terms.
Voice/video calls are peer-to-peer where possible; we don't record calls, but connection metadata may be logged to operate the signaling service.

Catalog browsing, search, and recommendations use public metadata from third-party services (MyAnimeList/Jikan, AniList) — we don't host or distribute copyrighted video through that catalog.
Any personal media library or local playback features are for personal, non-commercial use only. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and play back anything you add.
We don't guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness of third-party metadata or streaming links.

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card number.
Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
Quotes for IT services or equipment (including installation pricing) are estimates and may change based on distance, site conditions, or equipment availability, and are only binding once confirmed in writing.
Prices, availability, and specifications for anything listed in the shop are subject to change without notice.

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
