What does CSIT actually do?
We build your website and give you the software that runs behind it — jobs, scheduling, customers, quotes, invoices, and e-signature — all under one login and one bill. The usual offer is $500 to build the site plus the Crew plan at $149/month for up to five people.
What is Permit Intelligence?
For the trades — roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general contractors — it puts the permit requirement in front of you before the truck rolls, not after. Jobber and Housecall Pro don't offer it.
I run a professional firm, not a trade. Is this for me?
Yes. For law, CPA, insurance, title, and dental offices we set up intake forms, secure document handling, e-signature, appointment requests, and a site clients take seriously.
Where do you provide on-site service?
We install and support on-site across Missouri and Kansas. Anything software — websites, hosting, tooling — we deliver anywhere. You talk to the person who built it.
Who owns my data and my site?
You do. No lock-in — you can take your site, your data, and your setup with you. We build things to be handed over, not held hostage.
Is there a free option?
Yes. A free Community plan is available for people who just want to look around first — forums, chat, and ESP32 Studio, with no business tools.
